Delivery Informations

For all orders intended to be sent by mail, delivery will be made within 1 to 3 working days (or according to the conditions of the chosen carrier). You will be able to track your package using the shipping number that will be provided with the shipping confirmation.

For orders to be sent by our truck fleet, the scheduled delivery date will coincide with the next working day when CARTIER will serve your territory.

These deadlines are applicable for any order received before 3:00 p.m., for products in inventory.

Here are the details:

• - Greater Montreal: daily delivery
• - South Shore (from Boucherville to Brossard): daily delivery
• - Quebec region: Delivery two days a week
• - Ontario: daily delivery

For other regions, the delivery frequency varies between one and two days per week.
